Use and disclosure
Data is used for service delivery, fraud prevention, support, billing, reliability, and legal compliance. It is not sold. Service providers receive only the access required for their function.
Retention and control
Workspace owners can request exports and deletion. Certain billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
Security
Credentials are protected, sensitive provider configuration is encrypted, and access is controlled through tenant membership, roles, sessions, and audit events.
